RECIPE 1
Ginger and lemon juice

30 g. ginger root
40 g. honey
juice of lemon and a half

Peel and grate the ginger, then put it into a small jar. Add honey, then fill to the brim with lemon juice.  Leave it in the fridge and wait eight hours, before consumption. Take this mixture every morning by a spoon, for strong immunity, before eating.

RECIPE 2
Tea for immunity
If you suffer from vitamin deficiency, herbal teas can solve your problem. Especially useful  is the tea from rosehip. Great booster!


Combine 1 tablespoon of black currants, 2 tablespoons rosehip fruit and 2 tablespoons nettle leaves. Pour the mixture with one liter of boiling water. Allow to soak for an hour, then strain and add honey or sugar. Drink 3-4 times a day.

RECIPE 3
Honey and walnuts

A unique remedy, which quickly boosts and restores our immune system. Mix equal portions of honey, nuts, dried apricots, raisins and lemon. Put the mixture in a glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator. Eat 1-3 tablespoons every day.

RECIPE 4
Olive oil and honey

Another interesting natural remedy. Mix 200 grams of olive oil and honey with 2 red chopped peppers. Put it in a glass jar and leave it in the refrigerator. Take from this mixture, by one tablespoon, 3 times a day.

VERY HEALTHY RECIPE FOR REINFORCEMENT OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

I found this recipe some years ago. It is not very traditional but powerful energy booster.

Necessary products:
- fresh egg
- juice of about 1 kg of lemons
- honey 1 kg
- nuts / raw - may whole nuts, chopped, minced or ground /– one large cup

In a deep glass vessel, put one well washed egg / raw and fresh /. Pour it with freshly squeezed lemon juice. We need juice enough to cover the egg fully. Cover the vessel with a lid and leave it in a dark and cool place (refrigerator). Let to stay until the egg-shell is completely dissolved. We need the shell  because of the natural content of calcium in it. In fact, it boost the immune system. Add the honey to this mixture, mix well, then put the nuts. Stir again. Take by one tablespoon in the morning.
