When you get up,  make an enema.  Take 300 grams of raw pumpkin seeds and crush them. Add 50 g of honey.  Eat this mixture (on an empty stomach) in the next 2 hours.  So, 3 hours after the procedure, take laxative (magnesium sulfate), and then (after half an hour) make another enema.
Pumpkin juice ( 100 – 200 ml.) with honey before bedtime has a great soothing effect on the nervous system and you can get a good night’s sleep.
