 The most common reason for their formation, is not fully healed inflammation of the kidneys and bladder. For treatment of urinary tract you should keep salt-free diet, but simultaneously you can use and herbs. Bearberry, fruits of blue juniper and parsley are recommended.

1.Parsley
Recipe
Parboil 2 tb spoons of parsley in 600 ml of water. Drink this mixture, 3 times a day by 100 ml, before a meal.

2.Chicory, bearberry , hops
Recipe
Mix 1 tablespoon of chicory, 1 tablespoon of bearberry and 1 tablespoon of hops. Boil it in 600 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drink 100 ml, 3 times a day, half an hour before a meal.


3. Aloe Vera juice cures kidney pain

Squeeze aloe vera juice, then add 100ml. of water and 1 tbs. honey to improve the taste. Aloe makes better renal function and has detoxifying effect.

4.Juniper
Juniper contains essential oils, resins, tannins, bitter glycosides. These active substances stimulate renal function.  You can use juniper berries, which can be prepared as a tea or in a tincture.

Recipe
In 100 ml. of boiling water add one teaspoon of juniper fruit. To make a tincture, mash 1 tbs. of the fruit of juniper and pour 8 tbs. of vodka or gin and leave to soak for at least 10 days. Dilute with water 1: 1 and take 1 teaspoon three times a day.

5. Bearberry

It is the most famous herb for treatment of kidney disease. This herb is rich in hydroquinone - arbutin, tannins, phenolic glycosides and flavonoids. It acts as an antiseptic of the urinary tract. Tea from bearberry is most used, but requent use of the herb is not recommended. It should not be taken by pregnant women.

Recipe
Put 1 tbs of this herb in 700 ml. of boiling water. Put  for 30 min. on a medium-high heat and bring to a boil.  Strain and take 100 ml,  4 times a day.
