Recipe 1
In 600 ml. boiling water
place 2 tеаspoons of linseed. Boil it for 5 minutes, then add 4 teaspoons
chamomile, 1 teaspoon peppermint and 1 teaspoon commonbalm. Soak this mixture
for 30 minutes. Drink 6 times a day by 80 ml, 15 minutes before eating.
Recipe 2
A teaspoon of white willow
bark is boiled in 200 ml. of water for 5 minutes. Consume it only in the
morning, then drink a glass of fresh milk.
Recipe 3
Take 30 gr. blackberry roots.
Boil for 5 minutes and drink.
Recipe 4
Make an herbal decoction of
blue gentian. Put 1-2 stalks of the herb in a liter of water. Boil for 10-15
minutes. Drink 3-4 times before meals by 50 ml.
