Daily headaches
affect millions of people. It is usually caused by increased intracranial
pressure (migraine). However, it can occur also in healthy people because of
the weather changes (sunny, rainy, snowy) or due to fatigue. According to

Types of Headaches
Migraine
It is

migraine should necessarily go to see a doctor.

Lemon
Peel the lemon
peel, and cut the lemon into two halves. Get the one half and apply it to the
affected area. Attach it using a towel. You can also drink every day ¼ glass of potatoe
juice and ½ black currant juice.
Peppermint Tea and Cinnamon
1.Boil strong
green tea and add a pinch of cinnamon or peppermint. Drink up the tea and lie
down for a while. The headache will go away.

for people wit high blood pressure (peppermint lowers blood pressure).
2. Peppermint is
a healing plant that relieves headaches. It is enough to make a tea and drink
2-3 glasses. The headache goes away after 15-20 minutes.

Mountain Ash Berries (viburnum)
1.Eat fruits
of viburnum three times daily (50-80 grams) or squeeze its juice and drink. You

Take two tea
bags of peppermint and soak them in hot water. Then lie down, close your eyes

your legs and reduce pressure in the blood vessels in the rest of the body,

Infusion of Peppermint, Chamomile, Foeniculum Vulgare and Valerian Roots
